ERTC Express Support Has Moved!

 

To better serve you, ERTC is switching from Zendesk to HubSpot for our support platform of choice. 

Here's what you need to know:

 

  • Zendesk will be sunset on 2/26/2023.
  • Our primary support email will switch from prioritysupport@ertcexpress.com to agentsupport@ertc.com.
  • Chat and calling functionality may be temporarily disrupted while we migrate systems – but we will still offer those same great features soon – and some extra!
  • During this transition you will need to re-register to log in & create tickets.
  • After registering below, you can visit https://support.ertc.com/tickets at any time to create a ticket, view your ticket status, and even communicate with us directly.

If You're Already Registered With ERTC Express:

  • You will receive an email to sign up with the new support portal.
  • To find that email, simply search your inbox for “ERTC Express Support is Changing Support Platforms!”
  • Click the button within that email to set your password and sign up.

If You're Not Registered With ERTC Express, or Cannot Find the Registration Email

  • Send us an Email agentsupport@ertc.com, and use the subject line “Need New Customer Portal Access”
  • Include your Email, First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number
  • Our staff will search for you in our system, and re-send the email – or we'll create a new account for you.
